  Avoid! Employee vomiting during shift and store lied about the incident. Attended this location on Sept 4 at 3:15pm. There was a customer ahead of me who had their sub in the toaster and the employee asked for my order and placed bread on the counter, and went to resume the other customers order. Once almost all of the toppings were placed on the order ahead of me, the customer asked for more red onion and the employee ran to the back and proceeded to audibly vomit profusely. The customer and I looked at each other and I stated I was leaving and going elsewhere. I reported this incident first to Subway head office and was advised I would receive an email from the store owner which never happened. Secondly, I reported this location to public health who attended the location today. Unfortunately since the store was previously notified by head office (confirmed with public health they were already aware of my complaint prior to the visit), they were already aware of the complaint and fabricated a story to state the employee was coughing from the toaster fumes and they had time to prepare for the visit. There was only one employee on site as they don't often schedule more than one employee per shift due to low customer traffic, meaning no one would have been available to take over due to that employee vomiting. No one from the store contacted me about my complaint, instead they did their best to cover up the situation and make sure they were prepared in the event a public health inspection was completed. Absolutely disgusting. Do not attend this location unless you want to leave sick.

  Don’t go there!!!!!, the food was amazing as usual but the worker ruined my night, she was agressive and rude, I asked a couple of questions and she was so rude, I stopped talking cz I knew if she keep up with the attitude I might cry. If you’re a person of colour specially and ur English is not that good, Don’t go there!!!

  I recently ordered three sandwiches from Subway and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with Harneet. The interaction felt extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was not polite or approachable at all, which made the experience disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

  Stale chewy bun, next to no meat and sloppy. Ordered on Uber. Will never order from there again.
