  Not sure why this place has had no air conditioning for years. Went in and it was 35C inside, it felt disgusting. I feel bad for the employees who have to be there in front of the ovens and can't even open the door

  Worst experience that I ever had. Yesterday I ordered a salad bowl and a wrap with extra veggies in both of them. After receiving order, I found the quantity of veggies was too less in both. I thought of giving it an another try and ordered footlong sub. It was completely dry. Order was not made as per the requirements. Quantity of veggies was same even if something was asked to put less or extra. Not recommended at all.

  Would give negative stars if I could. Went in and asked if they could peak at their allergen list for their cold cut meat for gluten as some locations have gluten free cold cut. She then said she would call the manager to check, I told her don’t worry about it because I, as a celiac already know that 99% chance I cannot have their cold cut, same as meatball, teriyaki etc. She then went on to argue with me, after calling her manager that every single meat included gluten, and the only gluten free item is the bread..which again…. Not true. Why would you only offer bread and no actually food options? I was politely trying to explain that things like turkey, grilled chicken etc do NOT have gluten.. obviously as it’s only MEAT? Anyways, decided to order anyways because I know better than the literal worker what ingredients are in their items. I order turkey breast on gluten free not toasted - she said I can NOT get the gluten free bread unless it’s toasted… again what? It’s already cooked bread and I get it not toasted every time, clearly the bread is stale and they are masking with the toasting. I said okay fine don’t toast the damn bread like holy?????? I literally take a step to the left and look at the state of their vegetables and I was literally floored. Lettuce is neon pink, tomatoes are slush and green, onions are the size of hair and rotted and everything dried out? I literally cancelled my order on spot like do not continue. She proceeds to call her Indian manager where she then puts her on speaker where they scream about me in a different language but a few English words for me to know they are talking about me. Genuinely get an education and learn what simple things are like idk… the ingredients in your products. Calling HR and reporting this place to health board. Avoid at all costs.

  One of the worst subway experience I have ever, I have placed order here before as well multiple times but this is worst. I add extra sauces on my online order and what I get is completely dry sandwich .I can’t say if they add sauces this time or not. Worst experience, never coming again

  Staff member was actively sleeping at a table when we came in. They should have a break room if that's needed. The other employee had to wake her up to go back to work to make our order. This is the Oakwood drive location by Walmart in Niagara Falls. We won't be back to this location
