  Had a Subway sandwich here and it was absolutely delicious! 🥪 Everything was fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavour. A special thanks to the girl working there—she prepared the sandwich so nicely and with great attention to detail. Her service was wonderful and made the experience even better. Highly recommended! Great food and excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I went in and ordered a chicken rancher on September 19 at 6:30 pm which comes with rotisserie chicken and I was getting a drink while she was making it so I did not see the chicken she put under the cheese. I had the rest of my sub made and went home. Once I got home I opened it up and saw teriyaki chicken on it, I thought to myself, “Why would she put teriyaki on when I didn’t specifically ask for a teriyaki substitution”. I can’t eat teriyaki so I had to take it back. I waited in like for about 45 minutes because the worker kept taking online orders as priority, completely ignoring people who had been waiting 20 or more minutes and even interrupted a woman who was about to order when an online order came in and said “I have to do this online order first” so she took another 15 minutes before moving on to customers in line. I watched 4 people walk out because the worker was taking way too long. When it was finally my turn I told her that my sub was made wrong and she responded“what do you want me to do about that” with a look on her face like she had done nothing wrong. I told her it wasn’t made correctly and would like her to remake it. She responded “you want a new one” in a tone like she couldn’t believe what I was asking. I had to tell her four times the reason why it had to be remade and she just wouldn’t understand. I eventually got her to do it and by this point from the way she acted I fully expected her to tell me I had to pay for a new one which would not happen as it was her mistakes, but thankfully she didn’t. However, I did not get a single apology I was met with a very rude and condescending attitude. And it really hope her employer sees this review so they can assess her customer service skills.

  Ordered a Veggie Delite on September 17 around 8:45 PM. The bread was completely burnt and hard like a biscuit. When I called to complain, the employee said, “I can’t do anything,” and disconnected the call. Terrible food and even worse customer service. Never returning to this location.

  We dont eat out very often but when we do, we go to this subway. Rupal is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and remembers what we order as soon as she sees us. She makes our subs perfect. Her son is also fantastic and I apologize I dont remember your name. Thank you for the great experience everytime. Keep up the great work.

  Thank you to the kind sandwich artist on Thoroldstone Road and Dorchester Rd, she helped me decide on the Monday special menu and my daughter and I ate indoors. She was very courteous, polite. We enjoyed our meal here!
