We rarely get Take out any more, so tonight was to be a treat - I wouldn't have to cook after a tough couple of weeks. Wrote down what I wanted on my Angus Burger.
Now when you ask for 2, yes TWO slices of Tomatoes, what would you expect? The girl put ONE, so we asked for another slice. And when it comes to Pickles and you ask for a TON... If they sold a pickle Burger with a side of a small patty, I'd be all iver that. I think my partner gave up at that point, there we TWO, yes only TWO slices of Pickles when we asked for a TON, which is LOTS.
Usually, at any other Harvey's I've been to in past, you ask for a ton or lots, they will ask if you want them on the side or on the burger. Nope, not this one!!
It was like she was the Fresh Veggies Protector!!
I would have beem thrilled with at least 4, it covers the 4 corners and a bit.
Nit sure if I will go back after this experience, "Have it Your Way" --- nope, not today due to a stingy fresh veggie cip on the job!!
UPDATE...
I have never responded to a company or individual regarding a review before. For one simple reason, it is what it is and I move on.

UPDATE...
So Harvey's reached out, I thought ok, see what they have to say. Normally, I just move on and find another location.
The guy has the same name as one of my sons, he was very nice, apologetic, but not the fake over the top kinda stuff. Just a genuine manner and asked "give us another chance to make it right."
Sure... So he gave me the simplest of instructions... "Come back to the same location, tell them your name, that we spoke and we are providing you with a replacement meal." We had the Angus Combo's and I bought some onion rings on the original meal. I thanked him very much and that I would take him up on the offer Wednesday... (June 10th) He informed me that there was no expiry date, anytime was good in case I couldn't make it Wednesday.
So I did exactly as instructed, hi I spoke with "K" who reached out from Harvey's and he told me to give you my name and there is a comp Angus message from him.
Deer in the headlights. Wasn't sure what I said my name was and asks me to write it down.
Ahe took it to the Supervisor (whom we remember from before the fire at this location, she has always been nice).
She comes over she has no clue what I am talking about... I repeat it, she asks if I have the receipt.
Had I have known, I would have kept it on me, instead of sitting on the coffee table at home.
At this point I am getting frustrated cause this isn't what I was told and it was now unexpected chaos. I know there's a picture of it in my phone, because I sent it to "K" on Sunday... Can't find it or the earlier email convo.
I want to leave at this point... 2nd chance is going downhill.
The Supervisor went to see if there was anything in "the book" about this.
When she returned she leaned over to me and asked... "Is this about the pickles?"
Pickles, 1 Tomato when you asked for 2... Good thing I didn't mention the onions ha!!
She asked what the meal was, 2 Angus Burgers on a coupon and I bought Onion Rings. And I said I will pay for the Onion Rings... She aaid we are going to comp those too.
The little lady that put the topings on the burgers, I felt for her, she was trying so hard... And she didn't have to.
The burgers were great, all the food was really.
I'm not sure who dropped the ball in this situation... did the message not get passed along regarding a second chance, like hiw it would be handled? Was the correct information passed down to the location, but never recorded? Dunno.
You know that feeling when get when you know you aren't doing anything wrong, you're following the instructions you were given, and you feel like you are being treated like a criminal? That you are trying to get something your not supposed to have? It made me feel like I did something wrong coming in with the instructions I had.
It was how I was made to feel that turned a second chance into a sorry, I won't be back.
