  Bobby provided outstanding customer service with a friendly and polite attitude. He was professional, helpful, and made my Subway experience enjoyable. It’s rare to receive such amazing service, and it truly stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of Bobby’s excellent service!

  I had such a pleasant experience at this Subway. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend!

  I preordered food and when arrived at the pick up time, there was a long line of people waiting to order in the store. I waited about 20 minutes and stayed next to the cash register so that the employee could see me there but he was trying not to make any eye contact. I understand the store was super busy but at least he could communicate the longer wait time. When I tried to ask him how long more I should be waiting he said “you see how busy the store is”. He was almost appreciating everyone’s patience in the line except us. My daughter was worried that the store go out of Italian herb and cheese bread but I checked the shelves and told her not to worry as I could see plenty there. Finally a lady in the line figured I was waiting there for my pre-order and told the employee to attend my order first. So he asked them if they are sure (!) and passed the food and said nothing. When we got home we realized he put plain bread for all the 3 sandwiches we had.

  Best Subway we’ve had in a decade. Classic nostalgic quality, perfect portions and tremendous service. Makes a world of difference when the owner/worker genuinely care about the product and customers!
