  I wish I could give negative stars because that’s what the owner of this subway deserves. He is extremely rude and disrespectful, he will make a mistake and get mad at you and the refuse to be any help, He will yell at you for no reason. Honestly he needs to be shut down this is unacceptable. He also needs to start acting like an adult and not a child..

  Hello if you are looking for a place for quick food and a nice friendly face I would highly highly recommend taking the extra 15 minute drive to Braden’s subway the subway in new hamburg has time and time again has been diss respectful unwilling to admit mistakes and quite frankly inappropriate 0/10 on service

  I asked my husband to get me some Subway this evening. I told him I'd like the Bourbon Barbecue steak and cheese sandwich. I also gave him a note as to the items I wanted removed. Crispy onions, lettuce and hot peppers. He gave the server the note. She asked him what else he wanted on the sub. He didn't know what was all on it so he said everything else that goes on it. Well he came with the most horrible tasting Sub ever! She had decided that everything that goes on the sub means everything. There was some type of green leaf, pickles, black olives, cucumber and I think 2 different sauces. It was awful. I couldn't even eat 2 or 3 bites and I was done. Servers should know each and every sandwich they are making. This big time screw up may cost a long time customer.

  Ordered through the app. I’ve consistently received excellent service from some of the long-standing staff at this location. They are friendly, accurate, and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. There was no greeting, and my sandwich was prepared with incorrect toppings. I had to correct the order during preparation and was told the toppings matched what was in the app, which was not accurate (I confirmed in my order history). After leaving, I received a call accusing me of taking the wrong order. However, the order was handed to me after my name was confirmed, so I’m unclear how that confusion occurred. I hope the store can address these service and communication issues to ensure a more consistent customer experience going forward.
