  Bad customer service- pretty similar to the other bad reviews on here. Went in tonight and same rude girl working. Not the first bad experience with the same worker.

  The counters were filthy. There was bacon that had fallen on the cheese and the worker just tossed the cheese back in after removing the bacon. The lettuce was brown and there was pickles in the cucumbers, tomatoes in the green peppers, just an absolute mess. I threw my sandwich in the garbage I didn’t even want to eat it honestly. The worker used the same gloves from grabbing my bread and putting cheese and then went to cut meat on the slicer. Train your employees properly even if it means actually working hard.

  I am extremely frustrated with the service I receive at this Subway location. Every time I come into the store at night to order a Veggie Patty sub, one Indian guy working there tells me they don’t have any Veggie Patties available. However, when I place the exact same order through Uber Eats for pickup or delivery, my order is always accepted and prepared without any issue. This clearly shows that the Veggie Patty is available. I don’t understand why walk-in customers are being turned away while online orders are fulfilled. This is unfair and gives the impression that the employee simply doesn’t want to serve customers in person. On another visit, a female employee served me, and she was polite, professional, and had no problem helping me. The difference in customer service was huge. I would appreciate it if the manager could look into this matter and speak with him about providing fair and respectful customer service. Customers who come into the restaurant should receive the same service as those ordering through delivery apps. This has happened multiple times, and it’s very disappointing.

  En étant Celiac, j'apprécie d'avoir la possibilité d'avoir un sandwich sans gluten. A chaque fois que j'ai commandé, on a changé les gants avant de faire la sandwich. La seule recommandation que j'aurais pour tous les restaurants Subway est d'avoir un espace séparé pour les ingrédients afin d'éviter la contamination croisée. Aussi je prends toujours une sandwich végétarienne car on est pas certain si le choix de la viande est sans gluten.
