  Great food and fresh ingredients! The burrito was packed with flavor, and the portion size was generous. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I would definitely order from here again.

  Been to all of the Mucho Burrito locations in the area. Never had a truly bad experience until last night. First was asked which protein we wanted as the server did not have all the choices. The rice was dried out and hard as pebbles. The all-green veggies, the beans and the medium salsa were also dried out. As if they had never been restocked for hours. The chicken that was taken from a drawer on the opposite side from the steam table was kept hidden from us until it had been chopped up. This should have been a warning of a problem. The chicken had a burnt flavour due to the blackened state of it. They had burnt the chicken and still served it. If this is a sign of the quality of their future then it will be a death spiral as the quality will drop further the less and less business they get until they drive every one away. Not going back.

  I ordered the build your own burrito and it was absolutely disgusting. Half of the burrito consisted of undercooked rice, there was barely any chicken, and it was missing other ingredients like roasted chick peas. Never ordering from there again.
