  Very slow service. The staff took a long time to prepare the order, and I had to wait much longer than expected. The employees did not seem organized or efficient, and there was very little urgency even when customers were waiting. Really disappointing experience.

  Slop. Literally threw it out and didn't finish my meal. No meat. No taste. Disgusting slop presentation. Too expesive. Just horrible.

  Customer Service was totally bad. I always face one thing whenever i go there they did not show up and i have to wait for my order. They did not care about customer they just chilling. So please focus on customer service.

  I ordered the quesadilla and tacos. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the chicken quesadilla. The chicken tasted old and not fresh, as if leftover meat had been used. It completely ruined the flavor and made the meal unpleasant. I hope you improve your quality control and make sure fresh ingredients are used, because this was not the experience I expected.

  Very disappointing experience. They shut down service and kept giving us different wait times. First we were told it would be 10 minutes, then 3 minutes, but every time we checked, the wait kept getting pushed back. The staff was also not friendly or accommodating. While I was waiting in line, I was told to leave the lineup and come back later, even though there was already a long line. I didn’t want to lose my spot just to have to line up all over again. Instead of communicating clearly or trying to help customers, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I understand that delays happen, but the poor communication and unfriendly customer service made the situation much more frustrating.
