  Omg! This location has gone down so badly! The outside lights are dead and broken, the lights inside are dark and gloomy, not to mention all the dirt and garbage all over the floor. It looks like an abandoned house. Creepy as hell. I usually never go to this place but today I went and it was so disappointing. The food, the service, everything is in a terrible state. The coke doesn’t even taste like coke, it tastes like a mix of metal with sewer water and root beer together. The people who work there have no idea what they are even doing there. I ordered 2 combos and the “fries” (not even real food) were not even in the box, they were upside down, all over the greasy bag, both of them. Like they just throw them out. Those tacos are so disgusting, 🤮 that’s not food I swear. I throw the food as soon as I got it, it’s honestly not eatable. Going to this place made me feel sad, broke and dirty, and reminded me why I don’t go there anymore. 😣 Please don’t go there, this is an insult to the Mexican cousin and to all the food chains.

  Yasur was amazing! He was so kind, welcoming, and friendly from the moment I came in. He had such a positive attitude and genuinely made my experience at Taco Bell so much better. You can tell he really cares about making customers feel welcome. Definitely deserves recognition for the great customer service!

  Order was right, workers were happy snd not rude at all, they let us take our time to order and answered all questions we had. One of the better taco bells ive been to where other are rude and dont care they just throw everything together as quickly as they can.

  Avoid this location unsanitary food, aggressive staff, and zero accountability.. I brought back an order after finding a HAIR in my food. Instead of resolving the issue, an employee named KHUSH took the food, refused to remake it, and then tried to withhold returning it to me. Despite explaining that a family member picked it up and I was unable to get the receipt from them at that exact moment, KHUSH spent 15 minutes arguing with me in the drive-thru while cars lined up behind me. When I mentioned I was a regular customer, she dismissed it entirely, saying it didn't matter. Her complete lack of professionalism including laughing off my request to speak to a manager suggests a complete lack of accountability and not only that she basically made it sound like if I were to advise management of my negative experience that they wont do anything because they'll believe her over me. Again zero customer service. Did not provide me with corporates number and did not give me managements contact information. She did not even allow me to speak to a manager saying no-one is there. That is completely unacceptable. I will be escalating my concerns personally due to this employee being so disrespectful. Wasting a loyal customer's time and refusing to fix a basic food safety issue is unacceptable. I have worked fast food before and this should not have been an issue. She does not care about customer experience at all what so ever and very argumentative. Someone should review her employee performance because there is a huge room for improvement. I have no problem deleting this review of my experience if Tacobell contacts me and provides a FAIR resolution.

  I was assisted by a newer cashier, Yasser. He did an excellent job and is being trained well. This location has admittedly been rough for a while, but if we get nice people like him and a manager who can really push the team to new heights I can see potential for this store to be one of the best. Food quality was solid today, and I think it came out the fastest I've seen it in years. Honestly it's hard to recommend this location to people considering it has such a harsh reputation over several years, but it's never too late to turn that around and today was a nice change of pace.
