  Horrible and sad location. The tacos were empty and had very little beef. The staff told me it's in there, but you have to look for it. If you have to look for the beef, it's not enough...very disappointing and stagg was not helpful at all.

  Terrible customer service. Had to repeat myself at least 10 times. Food sucked, significant decline in quality.

  3.6 stars out of 5.0 stars. I thought the food was good for the most part, however the bean burrito 🫘 🌯 was very mushy and not good. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries along with it, which was good. The Taco Bell Baja Blast was good. The location and structure of the building overall is just alright. I wish Google Maps allows half stars, as this is a perfect opportunity to use them.

  Ordered several items for take out. After a 40 minute wait, only one of the 9 things ordered was right. Tried to contact company using the online form, form doesent work. Tried calling the store, no response. Had to do a credit charge back and go figure, the owner won't talk to the credit card company. Poor customer customer service and bad staff.

  On July 8, 2026, around 10:00 p.m., I purchased a fountain drink from the store, but it did not taste right. When I politely informed the customer service associate, she insisted that it should be fine and argued with me instead of addressing the issue. I respectfully left the cup on the counter and walked away. I was also concerned to see insects inside the store. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the customer service was rude and unprofessional.
