  Waited in line for 25 minutes just to get to the speaker and be completely ignored. Sat there another 5 minutes with no response at all from staff. No “one moment,” no greeting, nothing. Ended up leaving without ordering. Terrible service and a complete waste of time.

  I ordered 2 tacos, 2 burritos and 1 quasedea. They gave me one hot sauce for the entire order. Ever since the ownership changed, they won't give you more then 1 or 2 hotsauces

  Today at drive-thru 12:30 PM, I ordered and paid for 2 Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme, but instead received 2 regular Doritos tacos without the supreme toppings (no sour cream or tomatoes). I was also charged for avocado ranch and spicy ranch sauces on the side, yet the containers provided were poorly filled, approximately only one-quarter (1/4) full, not even half-way filled. I have visited this location many times before, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. Between the incorrect order, inaccurate preparation, and poor portioning of paid add-ons, I feel that the level of service was unacceptable and scam like. I will be looking to addressing this issue appropriately.

  Ordered through drive thru. At the window, I was told to “leave and come back 5 minutes later.” I thought they just meant it would take 5 minutes for my order to be prepared, but they physically made me get out of the drive thru and wait in the parking lot before coming back. There were zero people behind me. Is this standard practice?
