I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Unfortunately, it's the only Taco Bell nearby, so I've had to come back multiple times. If I had another option, I wouldn't.
The biggest issue is the consistently long wait times. It doesn't seem to matter whether my order is large or small, I'm always asked to pull around and wait, or I end up sitting at the drive-thru window for far longer than is reasonable. This has happened on every single visit without exception.
My most recent experience was yesterday, and it was the worst. I ordered two 12-packs of tacos, paid at 3:03 p.m., and was asked to wait. I drove around the parking lot for several minutes with my 4-month-old son crying in the back seat. At 3:20 p.m., after waiting 17 minutes, I finally went inside. The employee saw me, stepped away from a conversation with coworkers, handed me my order, and said they were "just" about to bring it out. The restaurant wasn't busy when I looked inside.
To make matters worse, the tacos looked rushed. Several shells were crushed, and the food appeared to have been thrown together despite the long wait.
I've also consistently had difficulty placing my order at this location because of communication issues. I completely understand that English isn't everyone's first language, and that's not the problem. The problem is when basic ordering terms ("a dozen") aren't understood, making it unnecessarily difficult to place a simple order.
I know fast food is a demanding job, and I don't expect perfection. I do expect reasonable wait times, clear communication, and food that isn't carelessly assembled. Unfortunately, this location has fallen short on every visit I've made.
I genuinely hope management takes a close look at what's happening here, because this location has significant service issues that need attention.
