  I had an offer for 6 regular cookies or 24 mini cookies in app. I selected 24 mini cookies but I received 2 boxes of crap. Each box had 3 mini cookies and the others were broken up regular cookies. We specifically looked at the cookies in the store and saw there were mini cookies and did not expect to find this crap in the boxes. I didnt ask for broken up cookies, how is this acceptable?! I would rather spend my money elsewhere instead of getting these. He couldve offered 6 regular cookies instead and id gladly take it IF the mini cookies were out but there were lots of mini cookies available.

  I had the best experience with this Subway! We ordered catering for our store’s grand opening as well as our Friends & Family event, and everything was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure all the food was prepared and packed with care. The portions were generous, everything was fresh, and our guests absolutely loved the sandwiches! One of the best things was that we didn’t have to worry about the food getting cold. Everything was packed so well, and the sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious when we served them. Thank you to the entire team for making our events easier and stress-free. We truly appreciated the great service and quality of the food. We’ll definitely be ordering from here again and highly recommend their catering!

  I asked for washroom. They said only for customer. I said i am customer i am buying something but i have high pressure still they said first buy something then use washroom. This is so so so much ridiculous.

  Unfriendly service and completely shortchanged on portions. Beyond the bad attitude, he was intentionally skimping on all the food portions. When scooping the tuna, he aggressively scraped and wiped the scoop completely flat against the side of the metal bin. Subway's standard portion is supposed to be level, rounded scoops, but wiping it flat cuts the meat portion practically in half. On top of that, he actively tried to give me less veggies on my salad, forcing me to repeatedly ask for a normal amount. Even though I work in the immediate vicinity, I will never go there again.
