  the old guy was so rude and skimped so much on the toppings despite asking and then tried charging me extra on top of it. AVOID this SUBWAY.

  Both washrooms our of service. Got powerbowl. Veggies not chopped. Spinich looked nasty. Lettuce was going yellow. Downhill service just like Tim Hortons. Hire workers that actually care.

  I got the veggie delight on italian herb and cheese foot long. the sandwich was delicious however the cashier talked me into getting 2 macadamia cookies and although they were great, I did not get one macadamia nut in either of them....they had tons of white chocolate chip but no nuts. Was a little disappointed.

  It was close to lunch, and I wanted to try the hot dog sub. When I ordered it, I noticed the server tapping it. He then served it to me. I paid for it and went on my way. When I started to eat it, it the outside of it was sooooo hard, it was gross. I couldn’t go back. Quite disappointing. Reading the recent reviews I would say there is no care of food handling or customer service there. They skimp on the ingredients and try to save money by serving stale food. They’re using their old country mentality in a Canadian franchise. To serve such below par food, I would say their focus is saving money on product while providing very poor service. I think the Subway franchise should be made aware that these people are tarnishing Subway’s reputation for fresh food and a positive customer service. Those pictures taken should be sent to the head office. They care about their brand. I will never go there or recommend anyone else go there. They should take Subway’s name off of that site and rename it to suit their low standards! Based on the last review, if the reviewer is using the owners name, he is obviously a close acquaintance, otherwise how do you explain the multiple negative reviews?
