  There is just one old lady And a big line People keep waiting And a lot of them gone back Its everyday things You guys need to provide two ladies The lady honestly is very nice and very fast But still Its a lot So its unable for anyone to handle all these customers once So yeah I have waisted 40 minutes in a line Of a busy day

  Inclusion of FOOD ALLERGEN in my food - A VERY SERIOUS EGREGIOUS MISTAKE I went to Subway to pick up two turkey sandwiches, ordered thru the app. I made sure to not include tomatoes (kids are allergic) and spinach (kids don't like it), which is what is normally included in the turkey snackwich. I picked it up and got home before I saw the receipt that's stapled to the take out paper bag. On the receipt BOTH sandwiches had tomatoes and spinach. I was upset because if I hadn't seen that and given them to my kids, this would be a serious food allergy situation. I went through the normal avenues for complaint (through the website, which you submit thru a form). Customer service emailed me an apology and said as long as I bring proof of purchase back to the same location, I can receive a complementary meal. When I went back, the store worker and manager (on the phone) was arguing with me for almost 40 min before finally giving me the free food that I was promised. But they said if the same error happened next time, that they can't give me another free replacement because (and I quote) "I ALREADY RECEIVED ONE TODAY". What?!! If they make another mistake in the future, they won't fix it because I already got a complimentary meal that was offered to me by customer service? This makes absolutely no sense and I will definitely be submitting another complaint and potentially escalate this to head office. TL;DR - stay away from this restaurant if you want your orders to be completed correctly if they make a mistake, they will take every measure to try to not alleviate it and/or neglect their responsibility.

  Tell me why I come 2 hours before close and there’s a sign that says “we’ll be back soon”??? I waited 30 minutes no one came, guess they don’t want your money lol

  please update your Sunday hours… just got here after checking and it says that you’re open until 10pm. It is 9:25pm and the store is closed.

  Annie is so great and such a bundle of joy. She made an amazing sandwich while making me and my sisters day :)
