  Had to place a large corporate catering order and honestly, the whole experience was refreshingly smooth... despite Uber throwing a wrench in things by canceling last minute. What stood out? The owner called me the day before just to give me a heads-up and had already planned for backup arrangements in case something went sideways. Sure enough, Uber canceled, but it didn't matter, everything was already in place. Food was ready for pickup on time, staff was informed. The owner also called back to confirm details when there was any ambiguity in the order. That kind of follow through is rare. He clearly cares about getting it right, not just getting it done. I know it's Subway. not exactly glamorous, but the customer service here is genuinely something else. If you're planning a big group or catering order, ask to speak directly with the owner. You won't regret it. Uber, on the other hand… disappointing that you can schedule an order charge in advance and have it canceled last minute. But that's a separate conversation. This place earned a loyal returning customer. Highly recommend.

  Arrived at 5:10 to pick up my order, waited for 30mins with only excuse was she is busy. She could explain how long do I have to wait when I arrive the store. Actually there were not many customers. I don’t understand why the online order has to be wait.

  I ordered two 6 inch gluten-free subs on uber and received one foot-long made on multigrain with this note. This is completely unacceptable as I have a gluten allergy and cannot even eat this. I do not understand why the store would even receive the order or accept the order if they didn’t have gluten-free bread in stock. This is incredibly unprofessional. You can’t just substitute something without somebody’s permission, especially when people have very severe allergies.
