  Somewhere between the shattering stale shards of bread and burnt bacon, the $47 spent on a basic turkey sub and club sandwich combos disappointed as most subways appear to do these days. However the cookies were fresh, so we could finish those without cutting up our gums too much at least. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows. But it's far from the first time (other subway locations included)

  I would like to make a complaint about the Subway location at the Departure Level of Terminal 3. I work at the airport and often visit this Subway during my break. Unfortunately, I have had the same disappointing experience on two consecutive nights. Yesterday, at around 12:15 a.m., there were two employees working. When I tried to order, I was told they were cleaning the machines and that the toaster was not working. They asked me to wait. I came back about 15 minutes later, but I was given the same response and still could not order any food. Then today, at around 10:55 p.m., I returned to the same location. This time there were four or five employees working, but once again I was told they were cleaning the machines and could not serve food. I understand that cleaning equipment is important, but it is frustrating that customers cannot be served during operating hours because of cleaning. Airport employees like me have limited break times and rely on this location for a quick meal. If the restaurant is open, customers should be able to order without repeatedly being turned away. It feels as though the focus is more on cleaning than on serving customers. If cleaning is scheduled every hour or prevents customers from ordering for extended periods, the process should be reviewed so that service is not interrupted.

  Very disappointing customer service. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. They were not listening, appeared inattentive, and had an unfriendly attitude. I hope management provides better customer service training because this was not a pleasant experience.
