  Mann ohhh mannn!! When I tell you guys they are the best! Even in the hassle of the airport they still manage to get orders out on time! And food is ALWAYS! Fresh!!!!!! My favorite part the cookies always freshly baked and never had one complaint. Best subway in the airport!

  This was my first time ever visiting Subway at 2nd floor and unfortunately it will also be my last. I was unfamiliar with the menu and tried asking the employee about the different fillings and options. Instead of explaining anything clearly, she kept throwing out menu names without actually helping me understand what they were. Her attitude felt very impatient, irritated, and unfriendly. The line was already quite long, and while I was waiting, three customers in front of me ended up leaving. At the same time, three employees were gathered around the register, yet the service was still extremely slow and disorganized. While my order was being taken, the employees were also repeatedly talking among themselves in another language in the middle of our conversation. I have no issue with what language staff speak to each other, but doing it while actively taking my order made the interaction confusing and difficult to follow. I also asked where I could sit down nearby to eat. Instead of directing me to an actual seating area, I was pointed toward a ledge next to an area used by mobility carts for passengers with disabilities, which was very strange and unhelpful. Overall, the customer service was terrible, especially for someone visiting Subway for the first time. I left with a very negative impression and do not plan to return.

  They should reconsider their communication, subway send you a digital coupon but the people at the counter can t accept it only if you bring a physical coupon, doesn’t make sense , it s written there
