  Easily the most unprofessional and lazy worker I’ve ever dealt with. They were constantly on their phone, took forever to complete a simple order, and after all that, still got it wrong. Completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. I walked in at 9:05 am, planning to buy food, but first asked the female staff member if I could use the washroom. She rudely snapped at me and told me it wasn't for the public, without even giving me a chance to order. If this is how they treat customers who are about to spend money at their store, I will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

  Laziest lady worker works here. On June 2 945pm she needs to be fired First the app for a power bowl doesn't even work and then she tells me she can't do anything as it's and app issue.. as I'm showing her then call customer service and have it fixed or honour it like any other company would. She's standing there telling me that it's a common issue that she's seen tons of times.. instead of honoring it she's arguing with me about how she can't do anything about it and I'm like it's your own app with your own company.. basically standing there useless, telling me that she can't really help me or to come back once I get the app working myself. Me get the app to work????!? Why do you hire all these incompetent idiots? I left pissed off NEVER GO HERE IF ALL YOU WANT IS TO BE UPSET WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Disgusting service Updating this review because I just looked at the reviews no surprise they get so many one Star reviews and it's probably the same lady who looks uninterested in doing her job BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION

  I recently had a footlong at Subway and the experience was really good. The sandwich was fresh and tasted great, exactly how I wanted it. Amanda, who served me, was very kind, friendly, and patient throughout the order. She helped me choose everything and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely visit again.
