  My colleagues and I always get lunch here around 4 PM. The lady is so kind and friendly, and she always makes a great Subway! We consistently have excellent customer service and a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

  I visited Subway today and unfortunately had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment I placed my order, the staff member seemed completely uninterested in helping and had a very unfriendly attitude. There was no welcoming customer service, and I felt like I was being treated as if asking for a sandwich was an inconvenience. When my order was finished, I wasn’t even properly asked whether I needed a bag or if there was anything else I wanted. The food was simply handed over without much interaction. Small things like asking the customer if they need a bag or making sure the order is complete make a big difference, especially when you are paying for the service. The sandwich itself was another major disappointment. The vegetables were extremely limited, and the sandwich felt almost empty compared with what I expected. The portions were not satisfying, and the overall preparation looked rushed and careless. For the price of a Subway sandwich, I expect decent portions and food that is prepared with some attention. What bothered me most was the combination of poor food quality, very small portions, and an unfriendly attitude. I understand that employees can have busy days, but customers should still receive basic courtesy and proper service. I’ve visited Subway before and usually expect a much better experience, but this visit really changed my impression. I hope management pays attention to customer feedback and provides better training regarding customer service, food portions, and order handling. Very disappointing experience overall. I definitely expected much better and will think twice before returning to this location.

  Very disappointing experience today. The staff member had a very rude and uninterested attitude. I wasn’t even asked if I needed a bag or anything else—the order was simply handed to me like that. The sandwich also had very little vegetables, which made it feel poorly prepared and not worth the price. I expected much better service and quality from Subway. Definitely not a good experience.

  Really good experience at Subway! The sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and nicely prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Everything was clean and well organized. Definitely a great place for a quick and delicious meal!

  I was disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered a Veggie Patty Sub, but the order I received contained only vegetables and was missing the veggie patty. I would appreciate it if orders could be checked carefully before being served to ensure that customers receive exactly what they ordered.
