  I stopped by today, August 12th, and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the girl - Isha, working there was very friendly, sweet, and fast. The place is clean, and I really enjoyed eating a delicious sandwich here.

  I visited this Subway on July 21 at around 11:00 p.m. and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Sub of the Day and upgraded it to a footlong. When it came time to pay, the employee told me there was a “$2 difference for the combo,” which led me to believe it meant adding only $2 to include the drink and cookies/chips. Because of that misunderstanding, I ended up paying about $30 for two footlong subs. After checking the pricing myself, I realized the promotion advertised the Sub of the Day meal for $8.59, with a $3 upgrade to make it a footlong. Based on the advertised pricing, the total for two footlong combo meals should have been around $26 and change, including the drinks and cookies or chips. Instead, I paid about $30 and didn’t receive the combo items. I accepted that the misunderstanding happened and wasn’t asking for a refund. I simply asked if they could provide the drinks and cookies that I had believed were included based on how the pricing was explained to me. Unfortunately, the employee refused to help and said the best she could offer was 20% off a drink. It wasn’t about the money—it was about customer service and resolving a simple misunderstanding. A small gesture would have gone a long way, but instead I was left feeling dismissed. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would.
