I walked in to place an order, and the female associate serving me was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She did not add the vegetables properly to my order and seemed visibly annoyed throughout the interaction. Her facial expressions and attitude made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was being treated differently. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The quality of the service completely ruined my experience. I honestly would not even give one star if that were an option. Very disappointing customer service.
- SSSafiyahSep 15, 20262.0I placed an online order, a simple egg and cheese plus potato rings, said it would be done by 7am… I said outside for 15 minutes and the man was just starting it at 6:55 and finished 6:58 make sure it technically is done on time but there is a whole other employee who could be helping out if you’re getting multiple orders. All he’s doing is cleaning

I came here at 3:45am September 11, 2026 , got my sub made and just sat on the chair. The guy with the turban started yelling at me to leave the store as the dine in was closed. Meanwhile all the chairs were still on the floor not upside down on table of the dine in was closed. I didn't have a car and just wanted to sit before my uber got to me. No professionalism and zero manners. Unfortunately don't have an option but will have to come again.
