No wonder this location is PERMANENTLY CLOSING. The staff was rude with lots of attitude, when they were making the sandwiches they were barely putting the toppings on the sub as well as they were making a problem that I didn’t want to put sauces on the plain bread first. According to the staff Subway changed their rules and we have to make the subs their way sauce on plain bread and literally 3 to 4 dots of mayo.

I have been to many Subway locations, but this was my worst experience. The restaurant was extremely dirty, and no one seemed to care about cleaning the tables or floors. There was only one employee working, even though it was a bit busy. I feel the owners should think more about their employees and focus on providing better service. Never coming back.

Beware of overcharging at this location. I was served by a brown girl who didn't seem to know the basics of customer service. After a struggle just to get a decent amount of toppings on my 6-inch sub, she charged me $17—essentially the price of a footlong. I shouldn't have to argue for toppings and then get scammed at the register. Won't be coming back."

I had placed a mobile order for pickup at this location, I’ve just arrived to pickup my order.
The two subs were on the counter space to the right of the till. I asked for my order, the girl working advised those are mine.
I then asked for brown paper bags since both subs weren’t even bagged? She looked annoyed and handed me a bag. I asked for a second bag, these subs are being dropped off to my kids for their lunch, at two different schools. She advised that I’d have to pay for the second bag. I asked her for my purchase receipt, I will be filing a complaint with Subway’s head office. I order from different Subway locations all the time, and have never experienced this before. I find it really odd! 👎🏻
Lastly, both sub’s were also missing the stickers that seal individually wrapped/ packaged subs. Let me guess they charge for additional for the stickers also!?! I’ve shopped and supported Heartland regularly since it’s existence, this was the first time purchasing from this Subway location and it will be the last. I can’t speak for presentation since the subs were dropped off to my kids school for lunch.
The service itself deserves to be rated as 0!!!
This is not how a franchise is supposed to be operated!

5 Jalapeños in a foot long
4 cucumbers in a foot long
4 tomato slices in a foot long.
Don't bother with this place. Go to the subway at Kennedy and Matheson where they aren't cheap on toppings.
