  Every time I visit this store, it’s always extremely busy, yet there is always only one person working. It’s honestly very unfair and disappointing. This poor girl was doing her best, but this clearly seems like a management and staffing issue, and seems like the owner doesnt care about their employees, and the kind of impact they are making on their customers through this. Very disappointing to see such poor management.

  visited around 10 pm , usually the services And good and that’s why we decided to go there, but this time sandwich artist didn’t show up for like more than 10-12 minute and was on phone the whole time and said coming as if we’re disturbing her personal phone call. And we had to leave without food.

  TAMANA, the sandwich artist at this location is very friendly, professional, and makes my sub exactly the way I want. Great customer service and a very positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! A big shout out to TAMANA.

  Tamana, the Subway Sandwich artist staff was amazing at the Bristol and Mavis location. She always knows how I like my order. Always asks if I need anything else. Very knowledgeable about products. Great experience

  This is the worst Subway I've ever visited and it isn't even close. Stopped coming for months after I was ignored for minutes while they allowed another guest to check the balance of - I'm not kidding - 15 gift cards. That wasn't my issue, it was that they didn't even acknowledge me standing there with a "be right with you" or call someone from the back. I came back today to give them another chance and what do you know, routinely ignored for minutes again. The employee was in the back, after clearing my throat a few times to let her know someone was there, I called back with a hello, that was not responded to. Only when I said never mind and walked out did she come up front. Beyond that, the times I actually have received service, the employees are the most miserable bunch of people I have ever met. I am always polite to staff, yet I never get a greeting, a thank you, or anything. I truly don't know how this location can retain any customers with this terrible level of service. I will never be back.
