  Just stopped by to grab a sub from this location. I work in the mall so I get from here pretty consistently and I love being served by the morning staff. They are always so kind and provide excellent service. I dislike to come here in the evening unless Simran is working because of bad experiences I've had with other workers such as today. During those experiences, very tedious serving size was given and I don't mean to be that person but I believe asking for a more fair amount for what I pay for and from the standard I get from every other subway worker or location. I gave this review three stars because of the excellent service I get from those in the morning and the great service from Simran in the evenings. But unfortunately due to the other evening staff, it holds me back from giving this a five star. Other than that, those people mentioned are all lovely people and are always happy to be working Will continue to keep coming here but I hope feedback is taken positively not negatively.

  Very rude service from the girl in the jays shirt and pink flower hair clip. Selecting which customers she wants to serve first instead of who showed up first. Not for nothing but, everyone she selected before me was the same race as her. More training especially in speaking to customers would greatly benefit this person. Also just basic ethics and customer service training would go a LONG WAY. There are ways and ways to speak to people. Everytime I've been to the mall this location is closed or the workers are rude rude rude. Subpar service. I didn't even get a sandwich this time I was so pissed off. Go up the street lol.
