  I always get a salad, its okay except for the fact that they keep giving me spoons instead of forks for take out (??? Whats the thought process behind that?) The manager actually puts proper portions, the employes put a little less but its still good. Everyone is nice, the place is clean, the washroom is 50/50. I've been going there more than twice a week for two summers now and will continue to. (Just give me a fork lol).

  This is THE WORST SUBWAY to go and get ANYTHING from. The service sucks, every time I go there which today is the last they never have the 16oz cups, the machine for drinks is ALWAYS broken and the owner is VERY rude. Customer service is a BIG FAIL, they ALL need training, they need supplies and need to fix their machines. Subway you have been around for awhile shape up your restaurants or close down. Having ppl take part in your business to run and their struggling to maintain it, that is a SUPER fail in business. I would rate 0 but I had to put a 1 star smh.

  Extremely rude and disrespectful. One dam job. She clicked toast and then as it counted down from 30 swconds she stopped it at 20 and 18. Just to speed up the line. Then lied about it. Donkey attitude as well over 1 sandwich. Customer is always right.

  I visited Subway recently and wanted to especially appreciate Manan, who was working at the counter all by himself during a very busy time with a long queue of customers. Despite handling everything alone, he stayed calm, polite, and hardworking throughout. He was putting in extra effort to make sure every order was correct and was trying his best to help every customer patiently. I even asked for his name specifically so I could leave this review because his kindness and dedication truly stood out. Employees like him make the customer experience so much better. Really appreciate all his hard work!
