  the customer service at this subway is honestly terrible. staff can have bad days and i dont expect you to hold my hand as i am deciding what i want on my sub BUT i do expect to be treated with basic respect. rolling your eyes and giving customers attitude and not communicating back when they’re trying to order is rude like please train your staff to treat customers better. and another thing is how painfully slow the service is, on this specific occasion i wanted in line behind ONE person for almost 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry but how does it take that long to make a sub? Good Lord i had enough time to overthink all the things that went wrong in my life. anyways terrible service fix the attitude and speed because im literally just trying to buy a sandwich, not wait through a whole life story.

  Firstly, the six inch was extremely small for a six inch. they gave me the wrong bread that i asked for after clarifying, the fountain drinks tasted off and old, the cup and cap didn’t hold properly no matter what i did and it would spill mind you they were beat up, worker also said that my money was fake? which i’m confused from because i got it from the bank so i got my sister to pay, and a vegetable fell on the workers shirt and they still put it back in her food. It tasted normal though and the environment was well.

  Gauri gave very good customer service.. she was busy and managing online orders and in person customers.. she was very polite and take care that every customer and online orders should be done on time .. i will come again..

  I always get a salad, its okay except for the fact that they keep giving me spoons instead of forks for take out (??? Whats the thought process behind that?) The manager actually puts proper portions, the employes put a little less but its still good. Everyone is nice, the place is clean, the washroom is 50/50. I've been going there more than twice a week for two summers now and will continue to. (Just give me a fork lol).
