  This store doesn't know what an online order is supposed to be. Everytime single we order online and be there as per the time shown on the site and IT WONT BE EVEN PREPARED. AND WE STILL GOTTA WAIT AS WALK IN. WHAT'S THE DAMN POINT. STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY

  Received an amazing experience with the Customer Service and sub maker worker Amran tonight as I was ordering my sub he did a amazing job of helping me purchase a perfect sub to end the night and provided amazing Customer Service although he was by himself, it seemed he was handling multiple duties with confidence and it really helped me to be so appreciative of how the night ended and I would like to say thank you Tim. He’s amazing and definitely a shooting star and is going places.

  The staff working here are incredibly untrained and completely ignore explicit customer instructions. I ordered a standard promotional combo and the worker rushed through the process, completely botched the sandwich, and then entered the wrong amount on the point-of-sale machine. When brought to the attention of the management on duty, they completely refused to fix the mistake or offer any type of compensation. I even asked her to toast my subway and she refused to (the employee), until I asked a fourth time. Terrible attitude.
