  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Subway order.I ordered a 12-inch Veggie Patty Sub with processed cheddar, lettuce, spinach, crispy onions, cucumber, green peppers, black olives, and onions, along with ketchup. but I received no cucumber, spinach, crispy onions, black olives, or processed cheddar, and I did not receive ketchup either. I also ordered potato rings, but they arrived completely cold and had a strong smell of old oil, making them unpleasant to eat. My 12-inch sub was also not properly cut from the center. I work in the food industry myself, so I understand mistakes can happen, but this was far beyond a minor mistake. When I called the restaurant, Jaspreet answered. While I was simply asking about my missing items, she told me “Don’t yell at me,” even though I was not yelling. I found her response disrespectful and unnecessary. It also seemed like my order may have been rushed because the restaurant was closing around 12:00 a.m. Monday. I paid for the items I ordered and expect to receive what I paid for. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation and ask that this incident be taken seriously.

  Poor customer services,very bad preparation , very lethergic and unwelcome response for customer and did like pressure to make a sandwich. Dont recommende anybody to go there savw ur money abd time.

  Came to this location at 7:30am employee “Coman” said nothing was ready when store opened at 7:30am. The way she stood there and looked at me when I walked in (as if I was trespassing) without even greeting me was very rude. Her defence was they open at 7:30am but nothing is ready cause it takes time to make the chicken and bread. She told me it’s going to take an additional 30 to 45 mins to have what I want. What a lieeeee cause everything is premade. I can tell why the google reviews are at 3.5 stars! Lazy and incompetent.

  I had a complex Subway order, and Manpreet handled it with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She was fast, efficient, and clearly knew her job. Despite all the special requests, she stayed friendly and made the whole experience easy. Her customer service was exceptional, and she’s a real asset to the team. Any employer would be lucky to have someone like Manpreet!
