My honest opinion is you've gone down hill so bad it used to be 5 dollar for a sub loaded with meat and vegetables to the point you could not close it over now you pay 15 dollars a meal or more and you lucky to even get meat and vegetables on your sub supper stingy and this dose. Ot just go for this location it gose out to all subways step up you game you have gone so far down hill I order at this location online paid 22 dollars for 2 foot long subs i got a meat ball sub with 5 meatballs on it little sprinkle of cheese and a hole lot of sauce then I also got a pizza sub 6 peperoni slices on it sprinkle of cheese an no sauce like what happened to the sauce lol and to boot I could not stick around for them to fix Mistakes, that should have never happened as I ordered everything on an app with very clear instructions. If could give 0 stars I would

As per your comment - if a customer orders through the Subway application, it is because they want to save time and money. It does not make sense to ask the customer to come back to the store to fix your mistake.
If returning to the store was an option, there would be no reason to order through the app in the first place. Nobody should be expected to spend additional time and gas money to correct an error made by your staff.
Why was the sub prepared incorrectly despite clear instructions in the order? Why should the customer be responsible for fixing this issue?
Please understand that customers’ time and money are valuable, and this situation is unacceptable.

I received the sub, and when I opened it, it was not prepared properly. As I have mentioned before, only 2–2 slices were added, and some vegetables were missing.
When I called the store, I was asked to bring the sub back. Since I ordered through the Subway application, I do not understand why I should spend additional time and gas money to return the product.
I kindly request appropriate action to be taken regarding this store, as this issue affects a loyal Subway customer. Please review my previous order history—I have never made a complaint without a valid reason.
