  Worst experience ever i went to this location on 23 June around 2pm. I asked the lady to put extra cucumbers she straight away told me produce is expensive i cannot put extra. And when i was taking my order there were no napkins inside the i asked for napkins she gave me 1 i mean what the hell. Worst customer service ever.

  DO NOT GIVE BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION It feels the servers here may have something against the business owner. There's no other explanation for the blatanty rude behaviour. I was charged full price for a sub of the day. My husband paid and I didnt notice the receipt until later. When I asked her why she charged me full price, she said because I didn't say the word "promo" and "now that im sitting and eating i realize this is a promo, im coming back asking for money" . She said she will not refund my money and threatened saying "ill see what you can do". I was with my 5 year old who has never experienced this loud of an exchange before, so we left with our food. I would urge the owners to look into this. There's no way anyone would behave this way until they're absolutely looking to ruin the business. Get yourself someone else to work for you or sort out whatever it is thats making them so hostile. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and very sad to see.

  The subway employees were so distracted with pizza pizza employees who cut the line right infront us. I can to this establishment a few times and they did not have spinach, sandwich was not toasted properly.

  Ordered online came in at designated time. Not ready. Came in 20 mins later not even started. Sorry to see such bad service. App said it was ready. So that turned out to be a lie.

  Whoever the girl was working tonight (May 16th) completely messed up my online order. Both subs had barely any toppings and one of them only had a couple of slices of ham which was supposed to be the main protein and half of the toppings that were supposed to be on the subs were missing. What a waste of money, I usually have a good experience at this location but this specific person clearly didn’t even attempt to try making the subs properly and the store wasn’t even busy at ALL when I went to pick up my gf and I were the only two in the store! Left hungry still after a footlong sub is so disappointing, don’t order online from this location. You will be sorry you did.
