  I went there today, and did an online order, the indian girl working there is so polite and accommodating. Such an excellent service 👏 . I don't know her name though But it was worth my visit.

  Had a really pleasant experience at Subway Tomken! I ordered the Veggie Delite, and everything was fresh and nicely prepared. The restaurant was also clean, organized, and well-maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Jassi, who provided such thoughtful and gracious service. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her warm and considerate approach really stood out and made a simple meal feel like a genuinely pleasant experience. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Jassi, for your kindness and for making my visit such a lovely one! 🥰🥪✨The cookie tastes so good as well. I’ll definitely be happy to come back again!

  Came here at 10pm on Friday, September 18th to order food, and the lights were on and door open and website said they close at 10:30. Upon entering there was no one behind the counter, waited two minutes and a lady came out eating a banana. I asked her if she’s closed, to which she rudely replied “what do you want?” as though I was inconveniencing her. I told her I was looking to order two subs, to which she told me she packed up so to go to another location. This is by far the most unprofessional experience, if you’re truly closed physically close the front door and update your hours online to reflect. I do believe based on her response that she should not have closed, so hoping management looks into this further.

  Manroop was absolutely amazing! Even though it was already closing time, she still kindly took our order and made sure we were taken care of. Her kindness, patience, and excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you for going the extra mile—we truly appreciate it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
