  Great Experience I had a great experience at Subway! The food was fresh and delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. Everything was clean and well organized. Highly recommend Subway for a quick and tasty meal! 😊🥪

  I stopped by this Subway location today (Intl. Arrivals Level 2, YYZ Terminal 1) to grab a sandwich before heading out. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the extremely poor service from an employee named Prakriti. Her behavior towards customers was completely unacceptable and rude. She acted as if helping customers was a huge burden, giving off an attitude that made it feel like we weren't even welcome there. Basic customer service skills, courtesy, and a welcoming tone were completely non-existent. Working in a busy airport location requires a professional and polite attitude, but this interaction left a very bad taste. Management seriously needs to look into staff training regarding customer service etiquette. Very disappointing experience!

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Simran. She was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She prepared my order carefully, made sure everything was fresh, and had a positive attitude throughout the visit. It’s clear that she cares about her work and her customers. Employees like Simran make a big difference, and I truly appreciate her hard work. Thank you for the excellent service!

  I recently visited the Subway location at Airport Arrivals. Honestly, our previous experiences here were quite disappointing. The previous staff members were unwelcoming and made us feel unappreciated, to the point where we had decided never to return. However, today we were served by a staff member named Raman, and she completely changed our minds! Her behavior, polite attitude, and customer service were exceptional. She made our sub exactly the way we requested with great care. It's employees like Raman who represent a brand well. A huge thank you to Raman for the outstanding service!
