  It's a really busy place basically for the entire opening time. But they prepare the food fast, I seriously suggest using the app to order, plus you get the discounts. Walk in -> pick up food -> get a table.

  Had a great experience at Subway during the night shift. The team members were very friendly, patient, and professional. They worked really well together and provided quick, respectful service even late at night. Especially “Simran” was very quick in providing excellent service and in having good customer interaction. Great teamwork and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Gursimran provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Subway. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my order. She made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted and served me with a smile. Her positive attitude and professionalism made the experience enjoyable.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Subway, especially because of Simran’s excellent customer service. She was extremely patient, kind, and attentive while taking my order. Even with my specific requests and questions, she took the time to listen carefully and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. Her friendly attitude and patience really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. Subway is lucky to have someone like Simran on their team. Highly recommend!

  On July 21, upon arriving at Pearson International Airport around 11 pm, I was waiting in line at the Subway restaurant on the main level of Terminal 3 when I observed two flies inside the bread box used to store footlong sandwich bread for customer orders. I brought this to the attention of the female Subway employee of Indian decent serving customers and explained the potential health risk posed by the flies. The employee acknowledged my concern but did not remove the flies and continued serving customers. I found the response rude, disrespectful and dismissive, as my concern was not addressed. Subway appears to prioritize profits and the sale of contaminated food over customers’ wellbeing and public health. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Great job Subway!!!!
