All the tables were dirty, food on the floor. On top of that we waited 20 minutes for our food, never have I waited longer than maybe 10 minutes for Taco Bell. One of my durito supreme tacos had no sour cream, the nacho fries has no nacho dust on them, and no ice in the machine for drinks

I ordered at 10:10 PM drive through $48.60 order paid cash, May 9th. Ordered a Luxe Box with everything in it and additionally a single fries supreme, a Doritos Locos Taco and 2 Supreme Hard shell taco, and a Crunchwrap supreme. Most of it was missing and I didnt receive the order until 10:50. Receipt wasnt provided either. Instead I received 2 nacho fries(without my fries supreme), a crunchwrap supreme, a beef challupa, 3 hard shell tacos. To my knowledge this is not everything included in a luxe box, such as the nacho fries and the burrito. After waiting so long for my order, driving 20 minutes after a long shift, and for it to be not only wrong but soggy and broken is a massive disappointment. Honestly really infuriating. Contacted Taco Bell customer service the same night, absolutely aired me with no response and this isnt the first time theyve done that either. Used to really love Taco Bell but I am done.
I never have a good experience here, but tonight was unacceptable. If the Yum! Foods District Manager for this location is reading this, you need to seriously put this location on a corporate CX/Best Practices improvement program if there is one available from the corporate CX/loyalty department.
Tonight the soft drink machine had no ice (the Carribean girl working there was hesitant to get any ice for me from another machine, citing low quantities), but I let that go since I thought the soft drink would at least be cold like at most fast food joints, but it was flat and room temperature. What was cold was my fries supreme, which only had a small sprinkle of meat and tomatoes. The taco supreme lacked filling. No one put napkins in my bag, and b/c I was in a rush, I did not notice the warm drink and lack of napkins until I was already in my car.
To the restaurant manager: If you want to hit customer experience targets and be consistently profitable, you need to get the basics right and stop instructing your staff to withhold napkins. Cheaping out and short-changing customers when the pet-grade food you serve is already so expensive is not a good business move. I ordered from the self-serve kiosk so I don't have my receipt other than my credit card stub, but paying $15.12 for meagre servings and a warm drink is not acceptable. I want a response from you or from the Yum! Foods District Manager to explain why there is no ice in a fast food joint, an essential component for any restaurant...
