  My wife picked up a assorted cold cut foot long on Italian cheese and I am telling you, after a very long time I really liked the sandwich. I don't toast the bread when eating cold cuts. It was fresh and filled perfectly with the veggies and the 3 Sauces (mustard, mayo amd house) I had asked for. Perfectly made. So thank you to the lady who made the sandwich. Cheers 🍻

  Hello, I went to subway on september 4th 2026 and when i went in to order the atmosphere did not look as appealing as you would expect for a “high class” fast food chain. While ordering, the worker taking my order had a lot of attitude and seemed like she was forced to do this, she was bringing a bad energy vibe. Plus the food was freezing cold, i bit into the sub and it tasted like i was eating a refrigerated pure tuna, as if it had come straight from the ocean, the toppings weren’t fresh whatsoever. Overall a 1/10 experience would not recommend going to the milton location.

  Terrible service, I would come here at night to order subway after the gym and I received my sub cold, completely freezing cold, this happened before and I thought it was a mistake and thought nothing of it, now I’ve come back again and this time I decided to check before I got home if the sandwiches were cold or not, come to find out they’re literally freezing again? I went back and asked why they’re freezing cold and was told they’re slightly warm, I just demanded my money back, I will not be returning to this location I’ve never experienced a server purposely putting a sandwich in the heater and acting like it is being heated when they haven’t even turned the heat setting on the machine on, I would even leave a tip on top of my order only to be met with this level of service I am appalled. I quickly went to a different subway and realized the server clicked something that would make a sound but wouldn’t heat the sandwiches once he placed them in the microwave, because the other location had a timer and a green bar countdown, this was purposely being done out of spite to a customer, blatant disrespect for simply no explainable reason as I am a very respectful customer. Never again

  Arusa was so sweet and we really enjoyed our sandwiches. We come here often, but this is the first time meeting Arusa. Definitely great customer service.
