  I observed that four employees were eating pizza, and when they served me, they did not wash their hands. As a result, I was uncomfortable and barely ate the food.

  This has to be one of the worst Subways and it is the worst one in Milton. Stopped for a sub and salad to take home, the woman working just mumbled so I had to keep asking her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear what she was saying. The food quality was terrible and this matters even more now when we are paying much more for food. We will not return! There are better Subways in town and this one is not one to visit. It’s never busy and now I know why.

  I had a disappointing experience at this location yesterday around 10:45 PM. The girl working there showed very poor customer service. She didn’t greet me at all when I walked in, which already set a negative tone. While ordering a footlong veggie sub for my friend, I was confirming with him whether he wanted a patty or not. At first, I said no, but then I changed my mind and politely asked her to add a patty. As soon as I said that, her attitude completely changed. she rolled her eyes and looked visibly annoyed. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Customers should feel respected, even if they make small changes to their order. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
