Had a great experience at Subway on Steeles Ave in Milton. The restaurant was clean, the vegetables looked fresh, and my sandwich was prepared exactly as requested. The staff were friendly, efficient, and handled the order with care however the service was a little slow. Nevertheless, the overall experience was good. A reliable spot for a fresh and satisfying meal. Will definitely be back!

To the employee who was working at 7:30 p.m.
I could see that you were being bombarded with orders, and I genuinely felt bad that your manager didn't have additional staff scheduled during such a busy rush hour and I had to wait over 30mins when I was in rush to leave somewhere else. This is my go to location and I normally get my order right away but this was even after the scheduled time.
That said, I hope you understand the importance of showing empathy when customers are unhappy, rather than ignoring them or avoiding their concerns. I have worked in customer service for many years, so I understand how challenging and stressful these situations can be.
Please speak up and let your manager know that this is not how employees should be treated. Being left to handle an overwhelming rush alone is unfair to both staff and customers. I truly hope management provides better support in the future.

Let's talk about your app. The Subway app is an absolute disaster from start to finish. The GEO search function is a joke. It almost never recognizes my location correctly, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve had to manually search for a store while the app just spins or throws errors.
On top of that, the app is insanely glitchy. Buttons don’t respond, screens freeze, and it feels like every single step takes longer than it should. Even something as basic as loading the menu feels like waiting for dial-up internet in 2002. It’s slow, buggy, and clearly not maintained with any level of care.
Reliability? Forget it. Half the time I’m not even confident my order will go through properly. It turns what should be a quick and convenient experience into a frustrating chore.
Honestly, this app is just plain garbage, and it’s reason #67 why I’ll gladly take my business over to Mr. Sub instead. Do better.
