  I ordered from uber eats and they forgot to put the drink in the order. Even the driver said this is all they gave me. I tried calling the store and no one answers. Do not order from here online. Not good service at all

  Had a terrible experience today on Sunday May 31st. I won’t get into details because I had a change in heart and I do not want the lady working to lose her job or be reprimanded. I don’t know what kind of day she was dealing with before I came but I sensed a lot of frustration in her. Hoping she could improve her customer relations skills after our recent situation regarding an order mishap. To the lady working, sorry it came down to us arguing about something so small in retrospect. Hopefully we both can deal with this better in the future. I will not be returning to this location although I am still a fan of the delicious food.

  I had worst experience today. I visited in the evening and there was a lady working. I waited for my term to be served for 15 minutes. But to my surprise she took other persons order who came after me. She was only person working in the store, management should have more staff to cater customers. I will be never coming to waste my time here again.

  Terrible location and terrible customer service from store and head office. First the speed is so slow, took forever to take my order and make the food. Then, had a coupon to use instore and worker couldn't scan it. So she called her manager and said I had to pay full price and contact head office. Which I did and now head office is saying I can only go to this location to get a small burrito or 15% off my order. I'm from out of town how does that help in any way? What terrible customer service, especially from head office!!!!!!!
