  Waited several minutes for the girls to come out to take my order. Then I had to use the app to order while standing in the store since my coupon didn't have a QR code. I asked if I could just order it but then customize it in person since it would be easier and got a begruding 'yea...'. But didn't get the option to choose the bread or if I wanted mayo, etc. Zero customer service, zero smiles or polite interaction. Regrettably, I noticed a different Subway just a few minutes down the road in Havelock that I should have gone to instead.

  Waited quite a while for any service. They both seemed to be short with people and then when I asked about the sub of the day cost, they said “I don’t know, the system does it”. So everyone knows, a meal is cheaper than a sandwich. Also, their machine has not been able to make ice for over a week and they never have cookies… management needs to step in.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location today. The staff member who took our order was quite impolite and unfriendly throughout the interaction. We ordered two subs with different toppings, and when we politely asked which sub was which, her response was rude and dismissive, telling us to “open it” instead of helping properly. Customer service is an important part of any restaurant experience, and unfortunately we did not feel welcomed or treated respectfully. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Subway. I hope the management addresses customer service and staff attitude so other customers have a better experience in the future.

  Would give 0 stars if I could, got here was ignored by the employee working at first went to get a meatball sub for my daughter didnt have meatballs changed her sub and asked for a power bowl, didnt have the salsa or the rice, this is beyond ridiculous all at 7pm..... you guys are open till 10pm. The employee seemed more interested in hanging out with her friends in the parking lot as I left, should shut this place down just nothing but problems evertime im come here either filthy counters with flies buzzing around or not having items... Replace this with a firehouse subs way better in my opinion
