We ordered a mobile order before anybody ordered, the worker was just sitting there. Later there was 4 people that came in and he decided to make THEIR food before ours. The order took him 40 minutes. Horrendous service. Worker talking bout how they are there meanwhile we ordered our food 5 minutes before anybody came in. Horrible service food.

Probably one of the worse locations to go to. Employee had his headphones in so asked us 3 times if we wanted the sub toasted with cheese when we answered already. Asked for house sauce and he put chipotle on it, then we just wiped it off with his gloves and added the toppings on top of it. Kind of made it seem like it was our fault. Tried to scan for my rewards and he was annoyed with me. Anyways, won’t be back here.

Im standing in line with 6 other people and this guy is moving like its on his schedule slow as a turtle. It 1230 any sense of urgency???? Where is someone else to help him

Same overworked person at the counter every time in a busy location. I don't blame the worker for they have to work with. Management doesn't know how to stock, keep a sustainable workforce, or update supply. Three times they didn't have an energy drink in stock and tried to substitute for a regular drink without compensating the extra $1 it costs to order with an energy drink online.
It's not enough to fight for it back in the limited time I have for my lunch break, but it is enough to leave a negative review for.
