  Maybe take your headphone out and stop talking to someone on the phone while you’re working if you can’t hear someone say double cheese 3 times, or hear someone say no tomatoes twice

  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. There was a long line waiting to order, yet one employee remained at the cash while the other handled all of the sandwich preparation alone. She only stepped in to help once several Uber orders were waiting, which made the wait much longer than it needed to be. What concerned me more was the food handling. I watched the employee prepare multiple sandwiches without changing gloves, touching different ingredients (including meat, cheese, vegetables, bread, and toppings) with the same pair. When it was my turn, I asked her to change her gloves, and although she did, there was no acknowledgment or explanation. I also noticed the same knife being used for both vegetarian and meat sandwiches without being cleaned between orders. Unfortunately, after I started eating, I found a strand of hair baked into the bread, which raised even more concerns about food preparation and quality control. I hope Subway management reviews this location's food handling and hygiene practices to ensure they are consistently following company and public health standards. Based on my experience, there is definitely room for improvement.
