I recently visited this Subway location at around 8:30 PM and was disappointed with the overall experience.
The staff member preparing my sandwich appeared distracted, as she was on a call using AirPods while serving customers. This gave the impression of inattentive and unprofessional service.
I was also informed that several toppings and three sauces were out of stock. However, I could see some of the toppings available in the refrigerator, yet I was told they could not be used because cleanup had already begun. Additionally, the vegetables that were available did not appear fresh.
I understand that shortages can occasionally happen, but with the store closing time listed as 11:00 PM, it was surprising that so many items were unavailable at 8:30 PM. Starting cleanup while customers are still being served also impacts the overall experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff attention, ingredient availability, and food freshness moving forward.

Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location.
I came in with a valid “Buy 2 Footlongs, Get 1 Free” coupon. The employee refused to honor it, saying they needed to “save the bread for online orders” because the store was busy. That explanation made no sense. If you’re open for walk-in customers, you shouldn’t be denying valid advertised promotions.
Because of that, we had to sacrifice the third sub. Instead, we went on the app and used a “Buy One Get One Free” promotion just to get two subs and make it work. We simply ate what we ordered and left without arguing, even though the situation was completely unfair.
To make things worse, the food quality was poor. The subs were rushed, barely had any sauce, and were clearly thrown together with little care. For what we paid, the quality did not match the price at all.
Between refusing valid promotions and serving low-effort food, this location seriously needs better management and customer service standards.
Would not recommend.

Deeksha is a very nice, pleasant and friendly young lady. She doesn't an excellent job on every sub that I order.
