  Order two foot long sandwiches via the app. Then place another order for chicken noodle soup. Arrived at the store waiting in line as the order is being made and they are other customers in line. Only one person working in store. I got my order and enquire for my second order for chicken noodle soup. The answer was they dont have chicken noodle soup. The lady ask me to cancel the order which there is no option on the app. She could have done it on her end. Had to go through customer support and eventually via credit card dispute to get the money back. Store and corporate are just as crap with their support with no reply.

  If I could leave a lower review I would I ordered off the app to save time cause I only get so much time for my break and still wasn’t ready or even started and the employee finished the huge line before he started my order I will never come back to this location complete joke super disappointed and unprofessional

  Food was good and staff was welcoming and was a good experience so i would prefer to visit here for my healthy meals along with to enjoy nurturing environment of staff.

  I came on a Saturday at 10:15 pm and they were closed even though the sign on the door and Google said they were open until 11:00 pm. A staff member was inside and did not open the door or answer the phone. I guess they don't need the business. I was very disappointed.
