  Had a really good experience here. The worker was really nice and patient, and she made my order exactly how I wanted it. She was smiling the whole time, and genuinely seemed happy to help. The service was quick and I really appreciated her attitude and the effort she put in. She even went out of her way to change her gloves a few times when I asked her to. I will definitely be coming back!

  I love subway, I get it usually for lunch. I tried out this spot cause it was close. The worker was slow, rude, and could not use the register properly. She had no manager or training staff helping her. She refused to give me the receipt and just crumpled it up and threw it away. I asked for it and she refused to give it to me, asking why I needed it?? arrived at 1:30 and left at 2:20 pm. You shouldn’t have to wait an hour for 2 sandwiches, when there’s a small line of 2 people. Hire more staff or train the staff better. She was incompetent, had lots of attitude and NEEDS more training. I know 10 subway locations with better service and staff. Crazy location beware lol

  I came with a coupon for a sandwhich and fountain drink. They dont have fountain drinks..... Whatever. I use a different coupon and just get a sub. I always get my crispy onions on the side. Always. She says we dont do that... ok whatever ill get them on the sandwhich. Im pretty sure she was just too lazy to do it for me. Ive had a person literally just wrap some crispy onions in the paper for me before when they had no container to put it in but all of a sudden they dont do that. Im annoyed.

  The front-line employee working here was actually very nice and polite, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say about this location. Avoid this Subway at all costs! They refuse to honor any coupons or any of the special promotions heavily advertised online and on the app. On top of that, the food quality is highly concerning—the toppings looked completely spoiled and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the lady owner is incredibly unprofessional. She refuses to help out even when the store is packed and busy, and she spends her time constantly talking down to her hard-working employees. They have also completely removed the fountain soda machine. Save your money and go to a different location that actually respects customers and staff.

  The owner lady stands over the staff while continuously telling them what to do over and over again in a aggressive/rude manner. Also, this location never honours subway coupons or specials that every other location is promoting. The employees are nice but the owner lady's lack of professionalism and responsibility in honouring subway coupons and specials, makes this a subway to avoid. Lastly, they dont have fountain drinks either. Last time i bought a sub I drove across the street to Mcdonalds for a fountain drink. Whats going on at this subway location?
