I stopped by Subway today and ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T. on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles, and chipotle southwest sauce. Everything was fresh, the bread was soft, and the sandwich was made perfectly. Ashvin provided excellent customer service, was friendly throughout my visit, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food tasted great. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This place was amazing I had a regular BLT and don’t even get me started that was straight fire. The sub was so damn good the flavours were all perfect and that sub sauce is the best man. I’ll definitely be coming back here Ashwin got me good man.

Ordered for my family on Mother’s Day through the app, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. I order often from the Barrhaven location and was expecting a similar level of quality and care with this order.
I ordered a turkey sub on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, toasted, with Canadian cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and ranch. What I received was a turkey sub that was not toasted, had white cheese instead of cheddar, included cucumber and pickle that I didn’t ask for, and only a very small amount of mayo instead of ranch. I removed the cucumber and pickle, but the pickle juice had already affected the taste. The bread seemed slightly stale, and the vegetables, including the tomato and lettuce, did not taste fresh.
They also added onions to my husband’s BMT even though he hadn’t requested them.
I contacted the store afterward, but the response felt very generic and impersonal:
“Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I have shared your feedback with my team to help improve our service and create the best possible experience for our guests.”
I understand mistakes happen, especially on busy days, but considering how expensive ordering out has become for families, I would have appreciated a genuine apology or some acknowledgment of the poor experience rather than a copy-and-paste response.
