  absolutely horrendous customer service!!! ordered 2 times the same thing (olivia rodrigo baja blast) because the first time they did not get my order right and they did not get my order right a second time. first time , they only gave me fries that i ordered with it. second time, gave me a coke. called them many times and no one picked up. ridiculous i hate yall

  Spent over $60 and the food was garbage. No sour cream on any of our taco supremes, almost no meat, lettuce was brown. The soft shells were stale..and the chili cheese burritos were a mess. We were already out of town when we discovered how bad it was or we would have taken the food back and demanded a refund. Oh and did I mention we waited 25 mins for the horrible food. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.

  Well, I got there and both sets of doors were locked! The only way people were getting in is when people came out. Not sure how those people even got in. Very strange. I did tell the gentleman at the counter and he went to unlock them- very strange. Ordering was easy, asked for fire and hot sauce on my order. There was none in my bag. Asked for hot and fire and he gave me mild and hot. Clearly a listening problem- perhaps a language issue. The lady next to me was waiting for 20 minutes for her order and still didn't have it went I left. The short big blonde was yelling at them- I mean if quit. Not very good leadership. Most unfriendly fast food place I've ever been to. And, every time I try it again, same crappy service - ongoing for the last 2-3 years. I wish there was another close location because I'd never come back here! Very disappointing service. And, yet again, the machine didn't give me a receipt and not did the staff with my meal. Ugh!

  Placed a mobile order, went through the drive-thru and was told to come inside. Waited until I got out of the drive-thru line, parked and went inside, my order was sitting on the counter ready. Got home only to find out they didn't include the caramel apple empanada I paid for and included no sauces (which were requested). I don't know if the staff is just incompetant or they're thieves but i'm going to pass on this location in the future.

  My first negative review. I received the wrong food again. My fault for coming back a year plus later. But you know when you get a craving for Taco Bell and you can’t shake it?! I took a chance lol. They’ve updated the interior since I’ve been in last time but it’s the same problems. No ice, dirty drink machine, the order screens don’t all work, no signs to say out of order. 3 other people were waiting for food corrections at the same time. 🫤 Waited 25 mins for my order because they lost the intake sheet (I understand that part- it did show up and then my order was given to someone else at the drive thru. I understand that could happen! But when they made my order again -it was wrong and we didn’t have another 25 mins to wait😑) I ordered 2 hard taco supremes. I received two soft tacos no lettuce no sour cream. I know! First world problems…I gave up and left because everyone else was done eating by then and we had a destination. I suggest trying a different franchise.
