  Ordered 2 chalupas threw skip and they were cold and stale .chalupas are suppose to be soft and chewy. It was like eating crackers no sauce and hardly no meat cost 28.75$ im not impressed never going there again. What happen to good service paying way to much for food and getting garbage

  I ordered 5 hard shelled taco supreme. They were disgusting! I usually love them but whoever made them had absolutely no respect for their job! They were smashed, had sour cream all over the packaging and were extremely unpleasant to eat. Nachos would have had larger pieces to eat, these were almost crumbs. I called to tell the manager and she did not seem to care whatsoever. No effort to make it right or to satisfy a customer. I will not go back to that Taco Bell again as they do not care

  Our entire order was lacking meat all tacos and wraps had next to zero meat same with the fries supreme disappointing for sure on top of needing to repeat what I wanted 5 times wouldn't recommend coming here at all use the other locations in London

  Just went through the drive through. Got home and our order was wrong. Called the store the first lady hung up on me. The second guy told me I could get it fixed if I came back. I was already home. I would give minus if I could.

  Went here to grab some tacos for myself and a friend while being there I was informed I can’t have my scooter inside the location and I respectfully stated why I brought it in as there is no valid safe place for me to leave the item when I stated the value of the scooter the employee proceeded to compare his “bmw” to my scooter as if it’s the same value for the petty comments from the employee I will not be returning ever by far some of the worst service every considering the comment about the scooter was made after the order was placed
