i ordered a beef burrito to go, i saw it had tomatoes (which don’t come on this item at all) so i tried to call them about it but this location never answers the phone so I went back a few days later asking for a replacement burrito and still ordered the rest of my food, the lady working cash claimed to be the manager but she didn’t know where things were on the cash register, doesn’t know what comes on menu items, and has horrible customer service. she starts by arguing that tomatoes come on this item, i show her on the app and kiosk it doesn’t, she then is laughing at me, literally saying oh why would you come eat here again if we messed up your food? finally another employee comes over there and talks some sense into her and says she’ll remake my burrito, then this burrito ends up having lettuce on it, which again doesn’t come on the burrito but the cashier insists it does, the other employee from before tells her i’m right it shouldn’t have either lettuce or tomato and they remake it again now again but this time they have forgotten my original modification of no sour cream, they also don’t put ice in their drinks.
