  Rude employees, dry and stale bread, old and not fresh vegetables. I ordered a veggie sub and they put on 3 pieces of dried up cucumber, when I asked for more, they told me it would be an additional charge. I did not take any extra veggies and they still charged me for extra veggies. I specifically made sure to ask for the meal of the day, then only at checkout was I rudely told that a footlong would not be counted as part of the promotion.

  Garbage on the floor , the lady touched my sandwich with her arm and did nothing about it. She wiped the sauce off her arm and continued… veggies looked old.

  I’ve ordered from Subway through their mobile app a couple of times, and it’s been a reliable choice for quick meals. The subs were made exactly right, with all my instructions followed perfectly, no missing ingredients or mix-ups. The app itself works smoothly for customizing and placing orders ahead, which is great for saving time. However, during busy periods, there are longer wait times even for app pickups due to in-store lineups.

  Subway doesn't taste as good as before these days. Before it used to taste fresh. These days the bread tastes old as so chewy, My Jaw hurts after having a footlong. They add so less cheese, and it tastes so dry. Can't have it without drinks in between. I am so disappointed.
