  waiting for 5 minutes in store with zero acknowledgment from staff and i was the only one in there, zero acknowledgment means the staff doesn’t care, went to a location down the road abd was helped right away

  ⭐ 1 star Very disappointing experience. I ordered one footlong Subway for about $14 and asked for it to be separated into two pieces, but the employee charged me as if I had ordered two separate subs, bringing the total to about $21. On top of that, he was extremely rude, practically threw my sandwich at me, and I had to ask twice just to get a paper bag. I felt disrespected and humiliated by the way I was treated. Very poor customer service.

  Very disappointed with the chicken quantity in the chicken sub. I ordered their chicken sandwich expecting a decent filling, but there was barely any chicken inside—literally just a few small pieces hidden under a mountain of lettuce and veggies. For the price, it felt like I was just eating a salad sandwich with bread. Definitely not worth it, and I won't be ordering this again Also, the Punjabi or Sikh guy working there with a big turban on his head and a glaring look in his eyes had terrible service. I specifically told him to add more chicken, but he barely put any. Definitely not worth it, this is the absolute last time I am coming here, and I will never recommend this place to anyone!"

  Bf and I were here on the weekend. The woman put 4 1/2 meatballs on a footlong sub, then tried to hide it by smothering it in the marinara. When we got home and noticed, we called the store and she was again, super unhelpful and told us we'd have to come back in. When my bf went on, she refused to remake the sub because "she'd have to heat up more meatballs" and constantly complained stating she only works one day a week anyways. Eventually after the male coworker was about to step up to remake the sub, she went and remade it and low and behold, only 7 meatballs. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on customers already paying a ton for undersized subs and having to ask several times for you to add more than a single spinach leaf to the order. 🙄🙄 And before you give your generic "please reach out to us" we already reached out to head office. For the prices you're asking, we should be getting ACTUAL veggies in our subs and no attitude.
