  Bf and I were here on the weekend. The woman put 4 1/2 meatballs on a footlong sub, then tried to hide it by smothering it in the marinara. When we got home and noticed, we called the store and she was again, super unhelpful and told us we'd have to come back in. When my bf went on, she refused to remake the sub because "she'd have to heat up more meatballs" and constantly complained stating she only works one day a week anyways. Eventually after the male coworker was about to step up to remake the sub, she went and remade it and low and behold, only 7 meatballs. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on customers already paying a ton for undersized subs and having to ask several times for you to add more than a single spinach leaf to the order. 🙄🙄 And before you give your generic "please reach out to us" we already reached out to head office. For the prices you're asking, we should be getting ACTUAL veggies in our subs and no attitude.

  Went to this location, staff was more concerned with their conversation behind the counter than our order, we had to reassemble our subs when we got home as the employee just wrapped it up as is. Tomatoes are outside of the sandwich, the employee also gave an audible sigh when I decided not to tip as she wasn’t listening / being kind. #subwayartist

  Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a subway in my life. Worker was beyond rude. I went to this location to go get a sub after a long day at work. The employee was not listening and more concerned with her conversation. She was talking with her coworker and put the wrong things on my sub and I had to ask multiple times for her to add lettuce to the other half of my sub that she did not put any on. She also let out the most audible sigh when we decided against tipping for the service. Never going back to this location.

  Everything is overpriced, employees hate their jobs, they're not paid enough, not enough employees for customers, veggie patties not cooked enough.
