  My fiance and I went for food around 10:30am today (Sept.26th, 2026). The woman working we always enjoy seeing. She makes the best subs and it is my favorite subway location because of it. She is super kind, friendly and helpful. Our orders are always done exceptionally with a great amount of toppings and sauce. I hope she knows we appreciate her kindness to us. :)

  I visit this location multiple times a month - the staff are always very welcoming and greet me walking through the door. My meals get prepared carefully and always accommodate my picky requests.

  The lady who works here is amazing, especially when compared to other subway locations. She remembers you, even if you haven't been in for awhile, and is always super generous on toppings. My sub is far larger at this location compared to citi plaza (who is super skimpy), I will always choose this location for the friendly service, great amount of toppings, and friendly atmosphere.

  Worst subway location!!! The girl making my sub had such a rude and uninterested attitude, like she was doing me a huge favour by making my food. When I asked for extra sauce and vegetables, she kept telling me, “That’s extra.” Yes, I know it’s extra. If I’m asking for more, I obviously want more. I don’t need the attitude or the unnecessary comments. If you don’t want to serve customers, then don’t work in customer service. It’s that simple. And this isn’t even the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. It keeps happening. The customer service is terrible, the attitude is terrible, and the whole experience is frustrating. Worst Subway in London. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
