  Worst experience I ever had. The person who is there at the time of visit, he/she is not refilling the items which are going to be completed. They are just trying you adjust it. When I asked them the way treated is unbearable. The entire bowl is filled with lettuce, where no one will be able to eat. Very bad behaviour. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in the service industry.

  I was at this location at 355 Wellington (Citiplaza) yesterday, ordered a foot long Cold cut on Italian herb. The bread was stale and hard (I've seen this at this location before) The lettus was turning brown (seen before as well) I asked for Lettus Tomato and Onion, the lady put 5 or 6 strands on Onion on my sub, I said "Don't be shy with the onion" she looked at me like i was speaking another language and added 2 or 3 more strands, I said "what are you paying 10 cents a strand" I would like to taste the onion please, again with a look she added a few more. I then asked for mayo and Sub sause on the side, She gave me about enough mayo for half the sub and when I asked for more I got the same look. I wont be going back to this loaction, there is another on on Dundas and Richmond across from Dollarama, or I may just go to Mr SUB on Dundas by the Music Hall and support Canadian

  You can order food through the app hear the beeping in the back wait 15 20 minutes go app to the counter and they'll argue that you've never ordered anything until they double checked and realize they're wrong. I order through the app because I find talking to the lady she is rude And lippy so I order through the app. But the last time I ordered through the app she argued that I did not order anything and refused to look for at least 5 minutes of arguing. When she did Finally look she was wrong. And tell your staff to wash her hands I've seen her come out of the bathroom and go straight to serving food. I'm at the point I'm going to start bringing my own food
