  I attended this subway today (September 14th) at 7:45pm with my girlfriend after our workout, we were in a good mood, respectful and looking forward to all the great stuff subway has to offer, that soon changed when we started to interact with the employee… she was rude and disrespectful, we continued to be polite and thank her but she just stared at us and made us feel like we were intruding. Will never be back to this location again.

  I asked for cheese and a toasted bun with my order, but received neither. The girl working tonight also had a very negative attitude and didn’t even welcome or acknowledge the customer. This is not the first time—it happens most of the time, which is why we’ve stopped coming to this location. The evening-shift employee (GIRL) really needs proper customer service training. Customers should feel welcomed, not judged.

  I usually bought subs on my busy days but today i had the worst experience ever. The girl who was working in the wonderland south location of subway was super super rude and so unpleasant. Her negative attitude spoiled my entire evening and provoke me to upload this review. Her name was "Arsh". I would request to hire management to teach her some manners. Worst experience ever.
