  Employees must think veggies come out of their paycheque. The lady working this evening was super under portioning the toppings on our subs. No quality control….bun-to-topping ratio was pretty rough. Probably won’t be back to this location! Disappointing!!

  whoever was working 8pm this evening, I really hope you find a job that you can enjoy, or at least make it appear like you have any sort of care in the world while serving a customer. I understand that loading up sandwich’s is not spec custom for service restaurants, however at least maybe cover the bottom of my bread with lettuce. 4 end pieces of tomatoes were put on my foot long sandwich, when I asked for extra pickles (which does not come with a charge, and if it did, is it coming out of your pocket why are we being stingy)… she gave me 5. no not 5 extra, 5 pickles whole. when I said can I get extra (again) she picked up 3 more… this location has always been up and down with good service, but I have never been given a sub where I can still see the inside bread when holding it up. For $32 for two sandwiches I expect something that I actually enjoy eating, thanks!

  Disgusting!! Hard little snack sandwich and the bread was frozen. She defrosted it in the microwave and it was rock hard. Meaning it was hard as a rock when frozen and they reused a hard bun. !!! Never again and don't waste your money. The only Subway worthwhile is the Komoka subway!!! How they can be in business after reading all the zero reviews is shocking .

  Pretty regular here. Works out well for me because I can get here about 30 minutes before close on the way home from work. Got here 15 minutes before close (10:45) and the door was locked. New worker I dont recognize (the usual staff are excellent) ignored the door from behind the counter. I called and she picked up You guys close at 11 right?" "Oh we close 5 minutes before" Right but its 15 minutes early "Yea..." 10/10 service

  I went to this location on July 11th, 2026 at 7pm. I asked the lady for a Subdog. She said "no, it takes too long." I wasn't sure what I heard, so I asked "Did you run out?". She repeated "No it takes too long to make just get a normal sandwich."
