  “I placed an order and realized almost immediately that there was an error. Within a minute, I tried to cancel by phone and also spoke to staff in person, but the request was refused and no flexibility was offered. The response felt unhelpful given how quickly the issue was raised. It would improve customer experience significantly if there was a short cancellation window for immediate mistakes or at least better willingness to assist in genuine cases. Overall, disappointing handling of a simple situation.”

  Worker made a 12 inch sub & 6 inch sub in front of me. My friend tells me my 6 inch sub looks like it has about 25% of the steak that their 12 inch sub has, and I agree so I tell the worker. She says its because its 12 inch. I told her it looks no where near a 6 inch serving though. She laughs, ignores me, and makes 0 attempt to fix it. If I had chosen to tell her to throw out the sandwich and cancel my order, you would've lost the whole order just because you didnt want to put a LITTLE more beef. Im sure you wouldn't have lost anything if you had added a little more beef. Also, the initial 12 inch italian herb and cheese bread had hair hanging off the edge of the sandwich when it was brought out, and the worker had to cut that half and throw it away. Get better.
